Ā Plant-Based Beginner Classes
This class is for those who are new to plant-based eating & want to know the benefits and practical tips to make it work in the long term. Information from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine will be shared, along with a plant-based cooking demonstration each week. Resources and recipes will be shared with the participants.
